Do my guests need an app?
No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on almost every phone.
What do I need at the counter?
Your phone or tablet with the dashboard for scanning, or an NFC stamper guests tap themselves. You print the QR stand straight from the dashboard. For the trial you get an NFC stamper for free. The starter kit with 2 NFC stampers, 1 NFC display and 4 flyers costs €49.99 and is free with the yearly plan.
Can I send a message to all my guests?
To everyone who agreed. The card asks for consent when it is added, and guests can unsubscribe any time with one tap.
Do I need hardware to try it?
No, your phone is enough for scanning. You still get an NFC stamper for free during the trial, so you test exactly the way it will run at your counter. If you then take the yearly plan, you keep it and get the starter kit for free on top. Otherwise you send it back to us.
What happens after the trial?
If you do not book the plan, your account stays readable but no new stamps are added. Book later and you continue right where you left off.
Does the card work for guests from abroad?
Yes. Card, sign-up page and messages come in German, English, Spanish and French. Guests automatically see their phone’s language; you translate your texts once in the dashboard.
What does it cost with many branches?
Every location costs the same, and you can book as many as you like right away. Above 10 locations we are happy to make you a personal offer.
Can I take over my existing paper card?
Yes. Set the number of stamps and the reward like on your paper card, and credit stamps manually when guests switch.
